This policy explains what information Lumbra collects through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you fill out our quote request form, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, your business name, your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number.

The site also saves your language choice (English or Spanish) in your own browser so the site remembers it on your next visit. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, send you a quote and, if you ask, set up a call. If you become a client, we use it to deliver and support your website.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Services that help us run this site

• Formspree receives form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and may process basic technical data, like IP addresses, to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
• Google Fonts provides the fonts on this site, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers to load them.

Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client information for as long as we work together and as required for our records.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time. Email us and we’ll take care of it.

Children

This site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
