Terms of Service

Effective October 3, 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website and to website services you buy from Lumbra. Each client project also gets a written agreement. If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the signed agreement wins.

Our services

Lumbra designs, builds and hosts websites for small businesses. The plans, prices and features listed on our homepage describe what’s included. Your quote and agreement will confirm the details for your project.

Plans and payment

Preview before you pay

You’ll see a preview of your website before it launches. If you don’t like it, you can cancel before launch and you owe nothing. The monthly plan’s 12-month term starts on the day your site goes live.

The 3-day guarantee

The 3-day timeline starts once we receive everything listed in your onboarding form (such as your logo, photos and services). If your site isn’t live within 3 days of that, your first month on the monthly plan is free. Delays caused by missing content or by waiting on your review don’t count toward the 3 days.

Ownership

You always own your business name, logo, photos, written content and domain name. On the one-time plan, you own the finished website once it’s paid in full. On the monthly plan, the website becomes fully yours after you complete the 12-month term, or anytime you pay the remaining balance of that term.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you send us, including photos, logos and text. You’re responsible for the accuracy of business information on your site, such as licenses, prices and hours.

Changes and edits

Monthly plans include routine edits each month, like updating photos, prices or services. Larger additions, like a new page, are quoted at a flat price before we start.

Canceling

You can cancel before your site launches and owe nothing. After launch, you can cancel the monthly plan after the 12-month minimum with 30 days’ notice. If you cancel before the minimum ends, the remaining months of the term are due. If payments stop, we may take the site offline until the account is current.

Limits of our responsibility

We work hard to keep your site online and working, but we can’t guarantee it will never go down or that it will produce a specific number of leads or sales. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
